I want to start off by saying thank you so much for your support and love you all have shown me. With that I am truly grateful. Along with dialysis treatments, I have been very busy and business has continue to grow. I'm currently working on a new system to better service you. Trying to get my salon revamp, but for now, its on pause, but only temporary. Thank you for all your patience and love.
There are a few things that I really need to address. Been having some issues and have to address.
First thing is Booking Appointments: When you call, if I don't answer, you need to leave a message or send a text. I will reply to you as soon as I can. I don't take calls while I'm with another and I don't answer or return calls after a certain time. Also, I do not take first time/new clients on the same day you book. You need to request an appointment at least 24 hrs in advance, but be well aware that you may not get an immediate appointment. I only offer what I have available. I will do my best to confirm appointments, but need you set a reminder for yourself.
Next thing is GROUPON!: Groupon is a ONE TIME ONLY! promotion. Groupon is a way for businesses to get our name out and clients get to meet and hopefully find a new person for desire services. Groupon is not something we merchants solely rely on. They take 50% of what you pay. We hope you love the service and want to come back as a long term client. Also, adding services are an extra charge. Some services can be substituted, but that needs to ask when booking your appointment. I strongly advise you to read your voucher prior to coming in. It goes over everything including cancellation and tipping. Tipping is not included in the purchase of your groupn. Ive sold quite a bit, so please keep that in mind.
Payment: I do take cash, checks and credit cards. There is a $1.50 charge on ALL transactions. No charge under $10.00.
Unhappy With the Service: You really don't understand how much it kills me when you aren't happy. If you are unhappy, please let me know, so we can look it over. Sometimes it could be a small thing like blending or toner. I have no problem redoing the service. There is still a timeline of 1 week(7 days) for haircuts and 2 weeks (14 days) for color. I would stay after hours if needed.
